Chelesea was excellent in keeping us on track and reminding us of our norms. She facilitated and allowed us to work together without interference, not over directing. I feel that we had more confidence and information when it came to understanding the schedule, next steps, and upcoming events. When we had meals or time to speak to the other LDS teams, they did not have the same level of what to expect. (Eg. how to present individual presentation, expectations, timing if events and presentations, how to dress for a banquet). Chelesea expertly adjusted timing on topics based upon the need of the individual and group.

Chelesea was amazing. I would love to take additional courses from her. She was clear and engaging. I found it very easy to listen to her and think about the material. She was very disarming and engaging on a mentally and emotionally taxxing topic.

Chelesea was an extremely knowledgeable instructor that has absolute wisdom which was evident throughout the course. Her confident and sure way of guiding the class was a true benefit for me. I felt safe in the knowledge that I was goin g to learn a lot from her and I did.

And/both. She really made me think about who I want to be and who I am. She showed uswomen how to show up in leadership. But breaking us down to one word was eye opening,emotional, and will impact us all in the home and workplace as we move forward and grow.

I especially loved how Chelesea showed up. She put the entire class at ease. She allowed us to feel free of guilt and along the way educated us on intersectionality in ways i hadn't thought idsee myself and my ability to have intersectionality as a white middle class woman.

Mrs. Chelesea Lewellen was genuinely kind and a caring facilitator. She was very professional. I wish I could have met her outside of the digital world. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Mrs. Lewellen. I can tell she loves her job and in my opinion she is fantastic at it. I truly believe she has found her calling.  I could never do what she does especially with the enthusiasm in which she does it.  I hope to have further opportunities to attend classes she facilitates. Ms. Chelesea, was amazing, she was very empathetic and understanding (due to her Blue Lens) of what current problems we all face in the work environment by providing us tools to solve them.

Chelesea is an individual dedicated to bettering others and one who took the time to engage others and welcome an open and safe environment. In doing so, I was able to more

significantly engage with the material despite the virtual vs. in-person environment. Her time made a great and lasting impact on my leadership development.
